Domestic end-of-stage trips
These are educational experiences that seek to strengthen skills such as thinking, listening, autonomy, leadership, responsibility, and solidarity, in addition to strengthening national identity. In these trips, the students, grouped by age, take part in solidarity activities and community experiences, becoming aware of the needs of others and leaving a mark through their spiritual experience and their contact with reality.
The end-of-stage trips are:
- Sixth grade: Arequipa
- Eighth grade: Cuzco or Cajamarca.
- Ninth grade: Inca trail (Cuzco).
International trips
Experiences that broaden the horizons of our students.
Each international trip is a privileged opportunity in which our students live academic formative experiences, which allow them to know and value other cultures, understand different ways of thinking, broaden their horizons, communicate in other languages, forge values such as autonomy, responsibility and respect for others.
The school promotes international experiences through agreements that allow students to travel, on a voluntary basis, to different countries, where they have academic, sports and cultural experiences:
1. International end-of-stage trip to Mexico
In 11th grade, students travel to Mexico City (includes a visit to the Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe) and Cancun.
2. Additional trips
– MUN (Model United Nations):
- Debate simulation at the Harvard Model United Nations in the United States.
- Cultural experience in New York.
– Scientific-technological (in collaboration with UTK):
- Participation in “The Golden Gate Science Olympiad Invitational Tournament” in San Francisco, California.
- Visit to Silicon Valley (Google, Apple).
– Academic immersion in universities in the United States (in collaboration with EduExplora):
- Yale University and visits to Harvard University and MIT.
- University of California, Berkeley.
